Refund and Returns Policy
We has a free exchange policy within 30 days, does not apply to Sale Off products. If your Order is incorrect, if you are dissatisfied with the product, with the print quality, the product does not match your expectations in any way, or simply want to change your order. The Customer Service team at We is ready to support free order changes.
General rules
The exchange policy applies to all orders purchased directly at the We store or purchased online.
Only applicable for 1 exchange per order.

Exchange time
We offers free product exchange within 30 days (from the date the customer receives the product). Customers please notify We via hotline or Facebook page.
Applicable products
This policy applies to all We products. When the need to return or exchange arises, customers need to keep the original label and invoice when purchasing.
Product regulations
The exchanged product must be as new as when purchased, not torn, dirty or have other defects not originating from the manufacturer.
For exchanged products, We will send a new order immediately after receiving the exchanged product from the customer.
We does not apply for product exchanges under promotional programs.
